Chamko Group Inc.- (the “Company”, registration number 20-5796685), together with its subsidiaries and affiliates (the “Group”), operates & develops Coal mines in Indonesia and trades coal through an export license held by PT Citra Putra Gemilang and co-operation agreement with PT Bahtiar Mastura (“BMO”). The Group is headquartered in USA, with offices in Indonesia and Singapore, supported by liaison office in Calcutta and Bangalore, India. The Company has a joint venture with PT Citra Putra Gemilang in Indonesia. PT Citra Putra Gemilang holds a coal export license and through various agreements operates and develops coal mines (see structure above). To supplement its coal mining business, the Company entered into a Co-operation Agreement with BMO to develop a coal trading business. This Agreement capitalizes on Chamko’s financial & operating strengths and BMO’s bank facilities in Indonesia. The Supplier is happy for the Buyer to conduct a mine site and observe loading of vessel if required. Coal Sales The Group trades internationally and over the last 18 months has sold 360, 000 MT of coal to buyers in the following countries: Korea: 150, 000 MT China: 130, 000 MT India: 50, 000 MT Pakistan: 30, 000 MT Furthermore, shipments in excess of 100, 000 MT are currently underway to Korea and China. The remaining production has been sold domestically.
