Manufacturing Capacity Steel Making CYEDM is Equipped with 100T superpower electric furnace, 120T LE refining furnace, 120T duplex VD (VOD) furnace, 110T AOD furnace, 20T electroslag furnace. Capacity of producing vacuum steel ingots is 600T. Casting The equipment can provide the finery with 700T one time. Max size of the mould pit is 10m*20m*6m. Max size of the heat-treatment furnace is 5.5m*15m. Lifting capacity is 600T. Forging and Heat-treatment CYEDM is equipped with 20MN and 80MN hydraulic hammer press machine and heating furnaces, heat-treatment furnaces, and pit furnaces. Large forging parts annual production is 55, 000T.
