The Product
Initially we intend to manufacture 2 types of syringes:
1.      36 million per year of 3 part syringes in capacity 3 ml, 5 ml and 10 ml(sale of 3 & 5 ml contributes to 93% of all syringes unit sales in India).
2.      36 million per year of safety syringes in capacity 1 ml, 3 ml and 5 ml.
Our facility
The proposed facility on a plot of 3800 sq meters will have the following:
1)            Clean room manufacturing equipment.
2)            Four injection molding machines cap 150T for plastic molding of parts.
3)            360�syringe cylinder printing.
4)            Needle assembly.
5)            High performance assembly machines for syringes.
6)            Polybag packing machine.
7)            7 cu. meters sterilizing chamber (ETO Sterilization).
8)            High quality and high efficiency molds.
What are we looking for:

1)         Partner for technology transfer, patent and brand name so as to enable us to kick start our success voyage without much waiting.
2)         Selection of raw materials procurement hub-viz. plastic materials, packing materials, precision molds, needles & some other less selling variant of syringes like 1 ml,10ml,20 ml & 50 ml to complete the range.
3)         Selection of equipment and machinery suitable for India at reasonable cost.
4)         Professional realization of the project.
5)         Training of our persons in your country on the same system so as to maximize high quality output without much wastage.
6)         Comprehensive support for Quick completion of the project.
7)         License to export up to 25% to third countries from India.
