We are a construction and real estate development company in the Philippines established in 1991. Right now, we have a client  who wants to develop her real estate property into a high rise condominium project.
We are looking for a very reputable  real estate development company which is willing to enter into a joint venture with us for the realization of the said project.Any interested real estate developer from Taiwan, Korea, Japan and other countries may send us their letter of intent and , if possible, a proposal.
