Dear Sir This is the proc�©dure for a 50 000 tn HSS buyer. Please read it and advise if convenient to you. Thanks Procedures for high seas sugar: 1. Seller sends copy of the bill of lading to Buyer, along with a copy of the SGS inspection documents. 2. Buyer issues payment in the form of MT 103/23 to Seller�s bank within 48 hours of receiving copies of bill of lading and SGS inspection. 3. Buyer�s bank contacts vessel and requests original documents sent to Buyer�s bank. 4. Buyer�s bank receives original bill of lading and SGS documents, etc., and confirms same. 5. Buyer�s bank instructs Seller�s bank to remove conditions on MT 103/23. Payment is made. At this point the sugar is diverted to Buyer&＃039;s destination port. It is a cash transaction, bank to bank.
