It is ideal to clean and sanitize commercial kitchens (in hotels and restaurants), food outlets, offices, moreover, its quality steam is also very effective when cleaning the inside of trains, coaches, airplanes and related equipment.
- BILLY ECOLine: an electronic controlled industrial steam cleaner specifically designed for restaurants, butcher's shops, ice-cream shops, pastry shops, bakeries and groceries in general. It is also a valid aid for cleaning of means of transportation (inside of trains, airplanes and various related equipment).It is available in the version with detergent injection and vacuum section, too.
- CENERENTOLA: a steam generator with a patented water "auto-refill" system, available in different versions and with different specific features.
- MAGIC CREAM: an innovative machine to cook custard, cream food, sauces and bases for ice cream, exploiting the principle of "steam cooking". An extremely versatile machine, easy to use which does not require any modifications to the original recipes. Further, steam cooking enhances the product taste and does not weaken nor granulate the ingredients. The final product keeps and excellent texture, doesn't form lumps and its taste doesn't alter.
