Cassese Holdings Inc. is a New York Corporation.  We are comprised of two main divisions.  One of our main divisions specializes in the distribution of closeout merchandise worldwide.  Our other main division concentrates on international trade.  We consult businesses on importing a wide array of  products as a way to increase their margins.  We also assist companies with their export needs by distributing their products to new untapped markets.  Cassese Holdings Inc. has many solid contacts all over the world giving us the ability to set up business relationships with buyers and sellers that will maximize profits and exposure while minimizing risks.
