Capelli srl, is specialized in the mechanical working of valve components in all kind of steels and valve materials, welded pipes and elbows, premachined before overlay and finished after welding overlay and flanges.
Since 1985, our company, Capelli srl, has been working out valves and parts of valves using the latest conception of C.N.C machineries.
We would like to become your sub supplier, at the moment, we have more than 35 CNC machines and a good capacity in our workshop that assures very short term delivery.
Our high-technology equipments allow us to machine valve components (top entry, end connections, bodies, flanges, balls, seats, stems, adapters, bonnets, ball retainers) from 1/2 to 48 inches max weight 7.000 Kg. getting a very high quality level and keeping an average machining time of 20 / 30 days from the arrival of raw material
We are in a position to machine according to a specific technical drawing every valve raw material type: forgings, castings, shaped etc. ( A105 LF2 F316 F51 F44 WCB WCC CF8M Hastelloy inconel monel titanium Nickel Al Bronze 17.4PH and others valve materials).
We can supply carbon steel ASTM A350 LF2 raw material from full bars 3.1 and 3.2 reports by a Thirdy Parties (TUV Lloyds Bureau Veritas Velosi). We are 3.1 TUV approved Each components is manufactured by certificated raw materials, approved traceability, marking and dimensional inspection reports.
We carry out the premachining, the welding overlay in Gtaw and Gmaw process , the final machining operations after welding and any NDT tests ( UT LP MPI Xray ).
We propose ourselves as a supplier of valve spare parts set (ball+seats+inserts in PEEK or PFTE + stem and bolts)
Our new Electro Discarge Machining division is available to work any particular detail at a top quality level.

Balls and seats supply
With the new department for balls and seats working, we are qualified as manufacturer of 3 to 26 inches finished - straightened balls in A105, LF2, F304, F316, F51 and ENP plating.
We are manufacturing from 2 up to 60 inches seats
We would be glad to prepare a prototype as per your drawing.
We are able to refurbish valves, proceeding with inconel overlay internal cladding and remachining.
We are sub contractor for valve machining for the customers, like Tyco Flow Control, Oliver Valves, Bac Valves, Cameron, PBVS, OMP, Valvitalia, ABV, Breda Energia, Dafram, Ais Artec, BJ, AJ Petroleum, Merwede valves, Red Point Alloys, Cla Val and CCI etc.
