The Cantore di Castelforte in Manduria,
has belonged for generations to the
Cantore family who cared the productions
of their own vineyards and got remarkable
awards in specialized exhibitions.

The local varieties of grapes are Primitivo
Negroamaro and Salice Salentino besides of some
international ones such as Aglianico, Cabernet
Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Lambrusco
Maestri, Merlot, Montepulciano and
Sirah.
