procedure:
7.1.1 Buyer and Seller discuss and negotiate final terms and conditions on
Sales and Purchase Agreement.
7.1.2 Buyer and Seller review sign and seal Contract - SPA.
7.1.3 Buyers bank sends BCL by MT199 to Sellers bank.
7.1.4 Seller issues: commercial invoice, DTA and QQ report for the first
lift. buyer dip test and issues MT103/TT for the immediately liftable lot,
and, non-operative RDLC, as Payment guarantee for the subsequent lifts ..
7.1.5 Seller sends full POP to the buyers' bank to bank, RDLC becomes
operative.
7.1.6 Shipment commences as per Contract
7.1.7 Buyer releases payment by TT five days after SGS and Q / Q is
confirmed at Port of unloading
