Wood pellets are an environmental friendly fuel allowing CO2-neutral heating with highest energy efficiency. In order to offer the same pellets quality all over Europe new European standards for solid biomass fuels were introduced in 2011. The En-plus certificate with its strict requirements stands for excellent pellet quality. For the first time the whole supply chain is covered by a single certification system covering production and delivery with constant testing to ensure high quality.
