We are in this business for more than 3 years time and have recently expand our factory size along with production lines in Ipoh, Perak. All kinds of rubber wood sawdust/ shavings are strictly prohibited, we chose only pure tropical hard wood sawdust for our pellet productions.Wood pelletizing is the process of applying high temperature and pressure via pelletiser to convert the sawdust or wood shavings into a dense, compact and consolidated unit. Wood pellet is widely used in developed countries (eg. Europe countries, Korea, Japan, Australia, New Zealand etc) as alternative fuel for home heating and industrial usage.Wood pellet are usually applied in industrial steam boilers and biomass electric plants. It is best suitable for factories and manufacturing plants who spent millions in energy cost for process of heating, drying, boiling or even electricity generation. We do provide consultancy service for switch over from Diesel or LPG fired energy to cheaper sources of alternative biomass energy.
