Billie Cosmetics Limited is based in London, England. We manufacture our own range of perfumes and toiletries under the Billie brand, and also provide contract manufacturing facilities for other companies wishing to market their own brands of toiletries.

Billie Girl is a fresh young, lasting fragrance with crisp, clean packaging. The Billie Girl range includes 100ml Eau de Parfum Spray ideally suited to keep on the dressing table, together with a smaller 10ml Eau de Parfum spray to carry around during the day and a 10ml Eau de Parfum roll-on to accompany the lady out in the evening. Also available are 5 different variants of Billie Girl Roll-on deodorant that keeps the lady fresh for the full 24 hours.

Newly available is the Billie Girl Light & Bright 50ml cream for youthful radiance, and exceptional skin lightening and brightening effect.
