Situated in Dhandari Kalan industrial Area of Ludhiana, the unit is spread over an area of about 11,000 Sq Yd. and employs about 200 employees.
The main product line of the unit consists of Bottom Bracket Parts which are used for transmission in Cycles & Cycle Driven Carts, Rickshaws etc.
Bhogals Private Limited has won many a prestigious award including Safety Awards, Productivity Awards and award bestowed by the Vice President of India for innovation in Cold Forging technology to produce B.B. Axle.
In its constant endeavor towards adopting new techniques and technologies, the unit joined the Bicycle Cluster formed by CII in Sept. 2007. Through this the company has implemented TQM Total Quality Management), TCM Total Cost Management) and TPM Total Productivity Management) programs and continues to review these in monthly meetings with qualified consultants.
