WOS-21 enables combination of water and fuel oil up to 50% by water encapsulation method. This is arrived by adding the WOS-21 additive to a mixture of Class-C or similar heavy oil and water by stirring thoroughly with prescribed custom built mixing equipment.

  This produces a better variant of fuel oil with less polluting agents, while creating various other benefits such as high cost-effectiveness, improved combustion efficiency, higher performance and reduced wear & tear to the machinery. WOS-21 capsulated fuel has none of the disadvantages common to water-mixed oil. It greatly helps in reducing the pollution index.
