1.CaF2 crystal: we researched a ultraviolet mono CaF2 crystal. The transmittence at the 190nm wavelength still above 90%. The larget diameter is 300mm and the length is 200mm.
2.MgF2 crystal: the largerst diameter is 110mm, length 120mm
3.BaF2: the largerst diameter is 160mm, length 350mm
4.LiF crystal: the largest diameter is 170mm, length 100mm
5.CeF3 crystal: the largest diameter is 50mm, length 300mm
