ROYAL is one of the first five private companies to have right of dealing in import and export business and in agent business of foreign trade when the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economy Corporation for the historically first time started to grant right of dealing in import and export business to few private e nterprises before the time China was to be member of the World Trade Organization (WTO) in July, 2001.
