At the buyer&＃39;s request, the seller will allow the buyer or his representative to be present at loading port. 9. Shipments commences as per contract,Yard visit is allowed after final contract, buyer issue mt799, before issue LC, 2% pb to active the LC. Buyer can stay in yard till loading.
