�£ï¿½ï¿½Baoji Jinshengweiye Rare Metals Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred as to �¢ï¿½ï¿½the Company�¢ï¿½ï¿½), located in the middle section of Baoti Road (No. 39), is engaged in professional production of various kinds of rods, rings, cakes and forgings made of titanium, nickel and their alloys. The Company passed ISO9001:9002 quality management system certification in 2007, acquired the national titanium production license in 2010, and has independent export qualification. The Company has two workshops sized 600m2 for each, two office buildings with two floors. The main production equipments in the Company are as follows: 1.5t electric arc furnace, 2500t press, 4t electric hydraulic hammer, rod mill, precision forging machine, 1t air hammer, 400Kg air hammer, 80 type centreless lathe, 30 type centreless lathe, 40 type 2-high cold straightener, 40 type 10-high hot straightener, 80 type centerless grinder, 120 type polishing machine, and other related devices. The Company has completed the processing capacity of melting, cogging, forging, annealing, sawing, peeling, machining, straightening and polishing for titanium, nickel and other rare metal materials, with 200 tons of annual processing capacity for finished products. The Company can produce titanium rods according to domestic GB/T, GJB standards and foreign AMSE, ASTM, AMS, MIL-T, BS standards. There are more than 40 registered employees in the company, among which 6 undergraduates, 10 technical school or junior college students, 19 technical personnel and technical workers according to the education level. The main products of the Company are titanium, nickel and their alloy bars, forgings, rings, sheets & plates, with product structure: 40% of space level material for export, 20% of civil usage material for export, 30% military materials for domestic, 10% civil usage material for domestic. The Company purchases high quality titanium sponge, melts titanium ingot according to the product technical requirements, completely guarantees the product quality, stability and consistency. The production capacity, product technical content and quality of the Company are of strong competitiveness among the domestic titanium industry.
