As Casting Dept.of Baoding Tianpeng Group, we own three precision casting plants, two machining plants and two sand casting plant, by which we can supply the castings, machining and surface treatment according to cutomer's drawings.

With above we can supply monthly 1000 tons of gray iron and ductile cast iron products, 300 tons of various common carbon steel, alloy steel castings and 100 tons of stainless steel products.

Our products processing cover sand casting, precision casting, shell casting, pressure casting, lost-foam-casting, forging, machining and plastic injection, etc., for which we fit out common machining, CNC machining and surface treatment workshops, including lines for paint coating, spraying and cathode electrophoresis.
