Steps for fabrication of artificial sandstone Board are as follows :
Before fabrication, please wipe clean the back side of the board.
On the surface of the wooden angle frame, place one piece of plywood board or fire-proof board.
Please apply white glue (Polyvinyl Acetate Emulsion) or reinforced glue to the plywood board or fire-proof board.
Pave the mineral stone board and nail it with a single nail to fix it on the four corners. Wait until the mineral stone board is closely attached to the plywood board or the fire-proof board before commencing the fabrication.
We also make the soft (transprent) sandstone ,the wood like panel etc.
