This range, which complies fully safety footwear, uses traditional high grade Leather for the upper in conjunction with an injection molded TPU outsole and an injection moulded cushioning PU midsole.



In direct injection moulding of polyurethane, the use of dual density materials in two layers is well-established technology while newer material combinations which enhance the range of solings for more comfort and greater durability. This gives the following range of process possibilities:



TPU Polyurethane direct soling for a compact TPU outsole and a foamed polyurethane midsole.
Polyurethane direct soling for soles with one or two densities.
