The Astrology Workout is a total body workout DVD which combines traditional exercise methods like; yoga, dance, pilates, stretch and resistance training. We use Astrology as a way of groupingindividuals by their sign (12 DVDs, one for each sign) to reflectpersonalities and motivating characteristics. We then further refine theapproach by Body Type. The 12 DVDs will teach and instruct the viewer tochoose their own Body Type (ectomorph - mesomorph- endomorph). We usethese two components to offer at a macro level something that peoplefeel is individualized to them and will help them achieve fitnesssuccess.
