We were set up to conduct business in construction. Up to recently, we have completed more than USD 2.5 million worth of contract works including building of 400 units of medium cost houses, 18 units of expensive townhouses, 1 unit Bollywood style 2 storey bungalow, various types of remedial works for Forest Research Institute of Malaysia , and for the Police Department in this country. The MD of the company, Francis S Fernandez now having retired from active involvement in the above mentioned activities,is now concentrating on work such as sale or lease of jungle lands given to hin by his strog contacts in Sri Lanka. Such lands can be utilized for cattle grazing or for creation of plantations or even cash crop can be grown on these land.
