We take great pleasure in introducing ourselves as a reputed business house in India, based at Bangalore. We are the PIONEERS in the design, manufacturing & development of High tensile, high impact, unplasticised PVC threaded pipes in sizes 1 inch to 5 inch for use as Drop / Riser pipes with submersible bore hole pumps upto a depth of 1000 ft. In this context, we would like to highlight the following points to you:
Ashirvad Pipes is the LARGEST manufacturer & exporter of this product in India.
The Company is a National Award Winner for Outstanding Entrepreneurship in Medium Enterprise for the Year 2008.
The Company employs more than 1200 skilled and semiskilled workers in the factories and another 100 in the Corporate office.
The Company has an all India sales network comprising of more than 1000 dealers complemented by a sales staff of more than 100 personnel, across the country.
The Corporate office and the manufacturing facility in the city of Bangalore, has a covered area of more than 200,000 sq. ft and an open area of another 200,000 sq.ft.
The Company has a production capacity of more than 100 MT per day for this product.
The product has been in use for the last 15 years and the Company has the distinction of having supplied uPVC pipes to more than 10,00,000 (one million) bore-wells in India and abroad where they have been successfully installed.
We are currently exporting to several countries in Middle East like UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman,Kuwait, Syria, Turkey and to other customers based in East Africa & South Africa, Mexico, Cyprus, Greece,Turkey & Italy. Proposals are also in advanced stage of finalization in many other countries.
