Arhe Wenchang Foods Industrial Area Co., Ltd is a joint venture with registered capital RMB62 millions (equals to USD9.2 millions), which was established under the registration and approval by the Industrial & Commercial Administration Bureau of Hainan Province on 14th September 2005. Arhe Wenchang, with establishment in Wenchang City Hainan Province, was co-invested by a foreign-owned enterprise Arhe Hainan Foods Co., Ltd and Mr. He Hong from Argentina.

Arhe Wenchang, the agricultural products processing plant, is a leading and biggest processing base so far in Hainan. There are totally six areas such as automatic cold storage with a capacity of 12, 000 metric tons, aquatic products processing, livestock & poultry products processing, vegetables & fruits processing, office & scientific and techniques training, living service & entertainment. The total project investment reached USD30 millions, the capacity of cold storage covers 80, 000 steres, and the annual production capacity is 160, 000 metric tons.
