Our Infrastructure
Elk & API Australia Head Office is based in the magnificent nineteenth-century Former Royal Mint Building in Perth, central business district . It houses our national Sales & Marketing and Finance & Administration divisions, as well as the Sales team.


Elk & API offices in Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth complete our national Sales and Service structure. Each is equipped with a team of Sales and Service personnel.

The API distribution network has been strategically developed to best serve our suppliers nationwide. The new Victorian Distribution Centre located in Melbourne's docklands precinct (Pier 31, works together with Elk warehouses in Brisbane and Perth to provide dependable despatch and delivery.



Elk & API Total Care is a free service that offers consumers advice over the telephone regarding the installation and operation of products. It is just another tier of Elk & API customer service proving that, at API, it's not simply about sales.
