We are looking for  wood pellet mill line urgently ( Wood pellets line capacity of 1t/h,6mm,8mm).In addition:
a) agricultural and wood material shredders and chipper.
1. We plan to use wood shavings, wood chips,sawdust,wood and sanding dust ,straw, grass, stalk and  other biomasses and wood cut of carpentries with max.300mmx300mm dimensions (70%soft,30%hard).
2.  Residues  moisture content and particles size is 30% .
3.  We will suit chipper?? capacity and shredder's capacity max. 2t/h.
4.  We need this unit complite set  of equipment for
     residues shredding (transporters, hoppers, hammer mill,
     control and other) .
  
b)packing machine
1. We plan to use bags with size of 10kg,15kg,25kg and 1ton.
2. We need this unit complite set  of equipment
  ( pellet bin bin, transporters , ect) integrated with our wood
   pellet line .
3. We are semi-automatic system .

Please send proforma  invoice ( Wood pellets line capacity of 1,0 t/h) which must include the following items:
1 -Seal and signature the whole of pages.
2 ??alidity time
3 ??Quotation
4 ??technical Data of  equipments.( brochure)
5 ??Payment terms ( Puerly in LC condition and payment in advance max.15 percent )
6 ??Planning detailed of delivery, transport, erecting and commissioning.
7 ??Both parties guarantees with explanations of terms and costs of  erecting and commissioning, method of  technical transfer, product quality, etc.
8 ??Requisite guaranties for example; guaranty of capacity and quality of products.
