American Land Use acquires land at below market cost and rents the properties. It is a back to basics investment in which investors get a hard asset (a property) that will appreciate over time and the investor gets on-going income from rents. It is a great hedge against a weaker dollar and inflation that we foresee in years to come. American Land Use handles the acquisition and the management of the property. Each group of properties is setup as its own LLC for which the investor is the percentage owner based on the investment. Investor assets are entered into a Chase Manhattan escrow account and may only be removed to acquire a property based on the criteria (location, ROI, property type) set forth by the investor.
