Rotating Machines Group of Alstom Limited in India has two manufactuing units in Kolkata, India.

We manufacture three phase induction motors from 0.18kW-2500kW upto 6.6kV class. We make general purpose and special purpose motors, including slipring motors for crane duty application.

We make specially designed motors suitable for VSDs which are suitable for all types of applications including crane duty.

We have complete range of Energy Efficient Motors(EFF1). Our Energy Efficient motors are running successfully in number of major Cement plants.

We do make AC Traction Motors.

Our present client list includes all major Steel Plants, Power Plants, Cement Plants in India including the major pump and compressor manufacturers.
