Alphatec Die & Mould(Shanghai) Co. is an expert moulding company invested by Alphatec(Japan) specializing in tooling moulds and producing plastic parts for Automobile, Medical Equipment, Office Equipment, Plastic consumables and so on. The head office and marketing department is located at Shanghai and manufactory is located at Ning Bo, Zhejiang. There are 26 moulding technicians being engaged in moulding R&D and more than 120 skilled moulders working in our plant. By using of CAD/CAM/CAE system as the development tools, the R&D methods in Alphatec(Shanghai) have been computerised and the production procedure has been advanced from previously manual work to digital system controlled.
