About Carbon steel pipe/tube/fitting , the manufacer we request approved by API5L,API5CT,PED,.....When we place order we follow the order start from raw material , before loading , our QC will make strick inspection again by oursalf , and some orders be applied for third partner inspection, like BV, SGS, MOODY , ....
