2. Seller will issue a draft contract.
3. Buyer and seller both sign contract (signed and sealed).
4. Buyer returns FCO/draft contract back with BCL.
5. Buyer open a non-operative SBLC or BG to sellers bank (Top 50 only).
6. Seller issues a 2% PB and or POP via Swift to buyers bank.
7. Payment instrument become operative.
8. Shipments begin as per contract.
