Was established in May 1993 with a capital of USD28 million. By June 1997, our company was successfully listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange (code: 600083), and we moved our headquarters to Shenzhen. Currently we employ over 2,000 staffs. By far, we have two series of products: Smartbook and DVD player.

We produce wireless handheld PCs, with Smartbook series as main products. Aiming at world's excellent leaders of handheld wireless appliance terminal, our company possesses  of several splendid teams of young, dedicated, efficient, team-oriented and highly qualified professionals, dedicated to research and development work for two years. Since May 2003, we've constantly launched a series of wireless handheld PCs into the market, and intending for five other types of products by the end of next year. Smartbooks are mainly used in the area of security operations, logistics, and telecommunications.

In 2004, we expended our production to audio and video industry. Right now, our main products in this field are DVD players, portable DVD players and DVD recorders. With great emphasis on quality, we've built up stringent quality control procedures, as the life test, drop test, reliability test, humidity and temperature control test.
