Alexander Comley, well known with the O&G, marine, power, process and petrochemical industries as a single source provider. This allows reductions in OPEX costs by controlling the entire supply chain. Long(er) term project package supply and shorter, fast turn-around deadlines are both easily met.
In possession of a modern [UK] manufacturing plant and stocking location we function as a "one-stop-shop" package supplier, at the forefront of manufactured pipeline product(s) exporting globally. The company is approved to BS EN ISO9001:2008, working in line with 14001 and 18001.
The company falls across three broad sections:
Materials (but not limited to): Duplex (F51) Super Duplex (F53, F55) 6-Moly (F44) Hi Yield Carbon Steel (F22, F65) Carbon St LF2 Carbon St A105 SS 304 / H / L SS 316 / L / Ti SS 321 / H SS 347 / H Alloy 20 Alloy 200 Alloy 400 Alloy K500 Alloy 600 Alloy 625 Alloy 718 800H A further suite of CNC's allows manufacturing of special turned/machined components to both bespoke, technical drawings but also to internationally recognized standards. Continuous investment enables Alexander Comley to be ahead of the market both domestically and internationally. Manufacuring capabilty up to 2 mtrs x 1.6 mtrs, perfect for tube plates, rings, large diamter flanges and other bespoke items.
All certification is offered to suit, both client and project directed; COC/2.1, 3.1 to 3.2 - testing bodies as desired. Should it be required additional testing can be offered by fully accredited, third party, UKAS approved laboratories. Examples include; ferrite, PMI, MPI, UT and charpy. Subsequesnt testing offered on a case by case basis.
The company utilises an ERP system.
