ALCEDO Agri-Integrated Development Enterprise (AIDE) is the "farmer's partner for progress". The industry is registered with the Department of Trade and Industry in the Philippines. A newly established industry and the only flour manufacturer in the western visayan region. Flour industry in Aklan province was originally established in the 70's by the late father of the owner Rustico M. Alcedo. His unique invented flour milling machines enable him to produce an organic food grade banana flour supplied to Universal Food Corporation a local producer of catsup. The owner Roque V. Alcedo is an independent architecture and planning professional has recently retired from an international architectural consultant based in Jeddah. His passion for his father's work which inspired him to continue where his father has left off. Our industry will focus to buy organic crops form farmers and process them into a food grade high quality flour and/or industrial grade flour. It will also manufacture various confectionery products such as; banana chips, sweet potato chips, & rice candy.
