In 1970s and 1980s, when Rice Export Corporation of Pakistan (RECP), a public sector enterprise, was responsible for all rice exports from Pakistan, Al-Barkaat entered into in-direct export of rice, and became one of RECP's valued suppliers.

We are producing extra long grain super Kernel Basmati, 1121 Kainat, PK-386, IRRI-6 both Sella (parboiled) and white rice.
