Introduction AISHWARYA HEALTHCARE is an instrument of fathoming advancement in pharmaceutical sector in India. It has been conceived to achieve global standards of production of pharmaceutical products by importing most recent technology and manufacturing facility. The project is backed by concrete dedication and conviction to excel and create new benchmarks for industry. The project is not bound to old notions of enterprise and is focused on Good Manufacturing Practices and Research and Development activities. Manufacturing Technology The radical manufacturing facility instrumental in production is Blow-Fill-Seal (BFS) and Form-Fill-Seal (FFS). Zero level of contamination is achieved through its manufacturing process. Human intervention is eliminated in conversion of raw material to finished goods. The important characteristic of BFS technology is the sterile and progen-free moulding of the bottles or ampoules directly from the extruded PE or PP in water cooled blow moulds with an immediate sterile filling of the product, followed by a hermetic sealing of the container in one step and under aseptic conditions in the same machine.
