Agroindustria Pontigo S.A., is a chilean producer and export company of dried prunes.Pontigo S.A is a family company. We have been in the business for more than 100 years, producing, dehydrating and processing fruits with their own fruit dehydrating and processing plants.These dehydrating plants are located in the Central Valley of Chile, in the Metropolitan area, Buin town.Due to their geographical location, our products are benefied by the weather, offering us an outstanding quality fruit.Around 80% of our export dried fruit is from our own production and the 20% left is obtained from other producers.On our export business, we have managed to fulfill the demands of our customers all around the world with fruit of the highest quality. These has been possible due to the fact that we have managed to accomplish with the highest technological complexity of the procedure and the current legal regulations all around the world.These factors have allowed us to open new trading markets for our fruit and to be competitive in it, satisfying the high quality demands of our customers.
