We will forward your LOI to our sellers and a Corporate offer & SPA will be forwarded to You for signing upon which Buyer & Seller can progress with contract aggreement without any incumberance to Buyer & Seller. We shall be glad to do Business with You. Note that all allocations are verifyable from NNPC.
