2..seller instruct the loaded vessel captain to send out atb for buyer s/cargo and inspectors to board for q&q in nig water
3. inspectors board and conduct q&q
4 buyer place mt 103/23
5 seller change all  doc to buyers name
6 vessel sail out of nigeria water with naval gun boat
7.buyer release all money by T/T  into sellers and all agent account

1 Both sign SPA
2 Seller send N.O.R
3.Buyer raise bank draft or BG and send scanned copy to seller
4. and vessel move to buyer�� disport
5 Inspector carry out Q&Q and buyer give hard copy of bank draft
6. Vessel Discharge
