Henan Zutel New Materials Co., Ltd. is a fast growing enterprise that has independently developed, manufactured and marketed ceramic proppants and refractory materials.
It is a joint-venture formed in 2001. With years of development, it has a registered fund of 10 million and 400 employees approximately. Located in Xinmi City, about 40km away from Zhengzhou, the capital city of Henan Province, the plant site is conveniently close to one of the best bauxite ore deposits in the world. In order to extend global market, the International Department has been founded in Zhengzhou, which is an effective strategy to establish cooperation overseas.
The R&D Centre has enhanced methods for test and research due to the latest advance equipments. The main facilities of our equipment in our plant are as follows,
One 過3�60m rotary kiln lines, two 過2.5x40m rotary kiln lines, three 3mx8 ball grinding mill production line, four mesh 400 Raymond mill lines, eight 過3 Pellet lines. Also, there are 138m and 158m tunnel-kiln ceramic proppant lines in the manufacturing plant. All lines have been installed advanced natural gas combustion system and automated temperature control system.

According to a sound quality assurance system, our products have successively passed tests of the authentication of Reservoir Stimulation Laboratory of RIPED-Langfang PetroChina, STIM-Lab and Frac-Tech Lab. Meanwhile, we regularly invite fracturing experts from several major oil fields for technical guidance, which guarantees us remaining the first class in the field.  As a result, our products have been widely used in major oil & gas fields not only in our home country but well accepted by clients from Russia, the United States, Canada, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Brazil, South East, etc.
