QHL is a manufacturer specializing in leading energy saving lighting electronic technology, located in Changxin County of Zhejiang province, where is about 45-minute commute from Shanghai by Hi-speed train. Our manufacturing base covers 80,000m² with a skilled staff of 800, equipped with a complete line of manufacturing facilities covering from electronic components to lamps.
　　QHL history can be traced back to 1994, when our business was concentrated on capacitor, a key component to lighting products. We set our eyes on offering high quality capacitor for lamp at the initial phase of our operation, as we deeply sensed capacitor which had been widely applied in lamp ballast would define and decide the life time of a lamp. Therefore, a series of top class equipments with a total investment of USD20 million have been successively imported,including 2 units Germany made High Vacuum Roll Coating Machines, which are the most advanced machines processing the film to 1.4 micrometer. An engineering team is composed of 30 noted professors and senior engineers along with 32 professionals in the lighting electronic field, recognized and accredited as a provincial Hi-Tech R&D center and laboratory, keeping QHL always on the cutting edge of technology. In the summer of 2013, QHL applications in street light performed zero failure in the combat to Typhoon Fitow, which flooded a lot of cities in East China.
