Yingkou Kanghui Petrochemical Co., Ltd. which is invested and established in Yingkou city of Liaoning province by Hengli Group, is one of the subsidiaries of Hengli Group and it is the key investment promotion project of Xianren island energy & chemical area in Yingkou city. Kanghui petrochemical project plans a total investment of RMB 10 billion and will be found a new polyester production base with an annual capacity of 800,000 tons, including 600,000 tons of polyester chips, new BOPET film and 200,000 tons of PBT polyester engineering plastic.
