VinaForest operations are mainly in Vietnam and the Indochina region. VinaForest adheres to the Vietnam National Government reforestation land use policy and programs, and works directly with the Ministry�����Forestry Department. VinaForest cooperates with state-owned Vietnam Forest Corporation on projects such as VIJACHIP (Vietnam Japan Wood Chip). VinaForest also supports the Ministry of Transport, China as well as Viet-Russian operations.Vinaforest is one of the largest privately-owned land holders in Vietnam with over 100,000 ha spread over eight northern provinces with activities focused on sustainable hardwood forest plantation establishment, management, harvesting, and the trading of logs, chips, biomass, and other downstream products in the domestic and international markets.
