The company was founded in early 1985, it was originally named METUSA since the begining produced leaf springs for vehicle suspensions, then in 1992 set a hot rolled steel mill to produce bars in different shapes-flats, rounds, etc. -, in the year 2000 developed the TAS (Tractor Attachment System) Unit and in 2005 started its newest production unit-forgings-.
