Afgan Baba is company that produces, distributes and sells its own unique Asian food product range. Afgan Baba has its headquarters in Antalya, Turkey. The company was established in 2014 to satisfy a niche in the local cuisine sector.
 
The food range is prepared from authentic traditional Asian recipes providing a full array of succulent dishes which are suitable to everyones dinning pleasure. The food has influences from Persian, Indian, Chinese and Mediterranean cultures. The Afgan Baba food range has more similarities to the Turkish kitchen than differences. Afghan Baba cuisine is well balanced as it is not too spicy or too bland, with the ingredients being both natural and healthy.
 
The finest cut of meats and the freshest vegetables will be selected from the rich agricultural sources of the Anatolian region and enhanced with a multitude of imported intricate seasonings, herbs and spices. This combination enables Afgan Baba to deliver the perfect blend of quality, exoticness and good taste to a strictly halal food line.
 
The Antalya region as well as the rest of Turkey is in need of an Asian kitchen as an alternative to the established Turkish and regional kitchens. A market gap has been identified where Afgan Baba product will be sought out by the international community and by those Turks who have embedded themselves within these western societies and additionally by the trend setting younger Turkish generation who now wish to purchase cuisine where flavour predominates.
 
Afgan Baba has set up a 200 m³ dedicated building for the preparation and distribution of their food product range. The facilities production line has high hygiene levels and is laid out to prevent any cross contamination between raw and prepared product. The rural location of the production facility allows Afgan Baba to employ a high percentage of women in our production line which will aid employment and enable empowerment of rural woman in the surrounding community. Rural Turkish women are in the wonderful position that their traditional cooking skills are similar to those needed to produce Afgan Baba product.
 
In addition to partnership sales and wholesale distribution, Afgan Babas own branded food outlets sell their own exclusive Take Away food range. The first Afgan Baba Food outlet is situated close to Terra City Shopping Centre overlooking the beautiful Cumhuriyet Park. Great effort has been put in by the executive team in selecting the branding, livery colours and the eye catching and memorable logo featuring the turbaned chiefs head which has a personal affiliation to the founders and the signature red chilly used in the preparation of the food lines.
 
Afgan Baba has selected Antalya as the region of choice. The area provides both the raw materials and the skilled labour to be successful in production. Similarly, this region provides the customer base for product sales. Expansion will be reinvested back into the region. This will bring stability to existing suppliers, the Afgan Baba work force and associated partners as well as providing additional opportunities of employment at Afgan Baba production and distribution facility and outlets.
 
The Afgan Baba executive team have a combination of 86 years of tried and tested international business experience. This team have the faith that Afghan cuisine is right for the region and that it will be successful in partnering new and additional employment as well as being the catalyst for further regional investment opportunities.
