Our factory was founded in 1984 in Rubber Tech Industrial Zone of Jingxian County, Hebei Province, and is a high-tech corporation specialized in R&D, manufacturing, processing, sales and technical services of high-strength hydraulic hoses. We have a registered capital of RMB 120 million Yuan and fixed assets of RMB 310 million Yuan, realizing annual turnover of RMB 370 million Yuan and exports of RMB 210 million Yuan, besides, our factory has a land coverage of 136,000 m2 and a floor area of 76,218 m2. In terms of staffing, we have 1,260 employees at various positions, including 16 internationally senior engineers and 57 technicians.Empire has a production line with annual rubber hose production of 10 million nominal meters, together with one testing center, one R&D center and twelve workshops including assembly, rubber refining, processing, galvanization and fitting, sulfuration, depoling, assembly, packaging and services.Empire also has 320 sets of complete manufacturing and processing machines, including braiders, winding machine, wire stranding machine, press vulcanizers, conveyors, pressure preliminary rubber and plastics refiner, as well as advanced testing devices, such as pressure testing machines, burst testing machine, impulse testing machine and rotorlesscuremeters. Our factory can realize annual production of rubber hoses of 1.2 million meters, stainless steel metal hoses of 1.6 million meters, sealing parts of 20 million pieces, connectors of 26 million pieces, compensators of 200 thousand sets, and rubber products of 30 thousand tons.We are a directing member to China Rubber Industry Association Rubber Hose and Rubber Tape Branch; a designated manufacturer and first-tier supplier of CNPC, SINOPEC, CNOOC and China Coal; and also one of the top ten largest rubber hose manufacturers, in terms of research, development and production of spare parts for use on high-performance hydraulic systems.
