Incorporated under the nigerian companies and allied matters act of 1990. Has been in operation since july 1999 with its corporate presence in lagos Nigeria. We have been contracted by a consortium of petroleum companies for the purpose of exporting crude oil to interested buyers. We undertake medium and large scale orders on contract basis for a minimum of 1 year. Nevertheless, short term purchases may be considered. 1) General introduction:
a) Services Available
Delivery of refined products sourced from Nigeria,
Russia, Iran and the United Arabian Emirates

DELIVERY: Either on Freight on Board (F.O.B) or the
Cost Insurance and Freight (C.I.F) basis.

(F.O.B) Meaning the buyer will nominate and
undertake loading and transportation of the product
with a charter party of his or her choice.
(C.I.F) Meaning the product will be delivered
to the buyers nominated port by the sellers nominated
charter party.

Gas Oil:-
Automotive Gas Oil
D2 Gas Oil
L62 Gas Oil etc.

Bonny Light Crude


3. Quantity/Quality:
Quantity to be specified by the buyer to
suite his/her particular need
Quality to be determined by an SGS agent to
be nominated and agreed by parties ( other options
are open for discussion)

4. PRICE:
To be determined based on the delivery
options, i.e. (F.O.B) or (C.I.F) and the prevailing
market price as at the time of transaction.

TERMS OF CONTRACT.
Determination of mode of delivery as per (C.I.F) or
(F.O.B) in cases of term contracts of a cargo a
month for a period of 12 - 32 months.

Spot Cargoes: single cargo deliveries will require
further arrangements to be discussed and mutually
agreed by both parties ( buyer/seller).

2. Seller responds with a full corporate offer and a
draft copy Sales Purchase Agreement (SPA) to include
price and/ or discounts on the mode of delivery, i.e.
(C.I.F) or (F.O.B).
3. Should item 2 above be satisfactory, the buyer
issues a letter of acceptance of the offer .
4. The contract is singed and delivery can commence.
