Our specialization is production and repair of ship auxiliary boilers and exhaust gas economizers, heat exchangers. On this field we combine many years experience of our boilermakers with constant implementation of newest engineering solutions.
Production facilities allows fabrication of both details of general/civil machine building such as shafts, beads, bearings, gears; and heavy metal structures of any complexity: cisterns, tanks, pressure vessels, frames of lifting cranes, cases for electric motors, deck foundations, ship ladders, pipelines and other details with customer`s drawings or by sample.
Quality of our products and works is ensured by RMRS and GL certificates.
All welders have relevant Welder Approval Test Certificates and Welder Performance Qualification Certificates, covering all the scope of welding works. Every six month every one of them confirm their skills by passing the attestation. Equipment used in fabrication also is a subject for regular maintenance and verification in our own machining workshop.
